Margaret Slowek joined Tiesenga & DeBoer LLP in September, 2000.

Our firm has a well-developed client base of entrepreneurs owning small and medium-sized businesses. We take care of many administrative legal tasks for client businesses, especially new corporations, such as setting up initial corporate records, filing annual reports, keeping corporate minute books and making things happen with the Secretary of State and other units of government.

Margaret works closely with our corporate attorneys and clients to update the data sheets and translate information into the annual cycle of compliance documentation required for each business entity we represent.
